Where does package ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouse in China. This allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to you,
offering accessible luxury without the traditional markup.
When package lands in your country, it will be delivered by local carrier.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I my order be shipped?
We will process your order within 3 business days, unless it is a preorder item. If you place your order on a non-business day, we will ship the order the next business day. Holiday deliveries may be delayed by a day or two.

Can I change/cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us support@sundaycupids.club ASAP! If the order hasn't been shipped, we're happy to accommodate you. The delivered packages cannot be intercepted.
